I have $43,000 invested in the boat. I installed a $30,000 engine package and bravo 2 outdrives. I gutted the boat at a cost of $2,000. It is now ready for a brand new interior. I have enclosed a copy of a new interior that I did in a 34' houseboat to show you what can be done with a new interior. Also had new sliding door manufactured for the back, steel bracket for the top so it can accomodate more weight and many other extras.
The vessel is now ready for a remodel - like building a new room in your house. It will need wiring, plumbing and some new walls and interior paneling. I can have the work done for you at $30 per hour. I have included some interior pics of another houseboat that I have redone.
