Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates and assists with planning all internal and external training events, including promoting, registration, preparing participant materials, and logistical arrangements.Recommends and implements process improvements for training administration.Establishes good working relationships with all training vendors (external training facilitators, catering vendors, etc.) Partners closely with vendors for seamless integration of services into the training needs.Coordinates contracts for offsite training events, including hotel room blocks, meeting space, etc., when applicable.Effectively attends to the needs of training participants (travel requirements, dietary restrictions, specialized learning needs).Coordinates meeting room setup and ensures implementation of logistical plans.Maintains a Master Training Calendar and organizes and maintains training library in the Learning Management System.Processes, files, maintains, and summarizes training evaluations for instructors.Tracks, maintains, and reports CEU/CPE credits for all professionals at Ryan who take classes and attend seminars within the Learning Management System. Supports CEU/CPE credit and reporting needs for client training events hosted by Ryan professionals.Assist with the daily use and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) including: creating or uploading courses, registering participants, running reports and consulting with the Learning team.Serves as a Subject Matter Expert when interacting and troubleshooting with the LMS vendor and technical staff. Creates and maintaining JobAids, templates and reference materials supporting the LMS platform.Conducts LMS monitoring to ensure employee and learning data is accurate.Collects, organizes and reports on learning metrics to Learning Management.Produces reports of training metrics, including attendance, expenses, training evaluation results, and training initiatives.Processes all training expenditures, including purchase orders, check requests, and invoices, and assists in maintaining and reconciling monthly training expense details.Works closely with applicable management to manage CPE sponsorships with applicable boards and associations; prepares and distributes CPE certificates and maintains appropriate documentation to support program compliance with sponsor guidelines.Supports system implementation and the roll:out of system enhancements by being able to outline the current training process, communicate core team requirements, engage in discussion on training enhancements, and ultimately, test the new system features.Fields basic training questions and issues from employees and guides them to resolution as appropriate.Provides general administrative assistance for applicable training teamsanizes and prioritizes multiple tasks and programs and completes them under time constraints.Utilizes good project management and problem:solving skills.Maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times and is a team player.Utilizes strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.Utilizes excellent organization skills and attention to detail.Works effectively with limited supervision.Protects all confidential and proprietary information.Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High:school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required; Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four:year college or university in relevant field preferred. Three to five years related training and/or Learning Management System experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft(R) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research; and beginner skills in Microsoft(R) Access.
