PMCC originates a wide variety of commercial mortgage investments for Prudential's General Account, investment management clients, CMBS Program and third party capital sources (such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, or other institutional investors).PMCC is seeking a bright, motivated, energetic individual for a Senior Administrative Assistant position. This individual would perform administrative work of moderate difficulty and complexity for our Dallas based Commercial Mortgage Origination team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Provide general administrative support for manager and others as needed (including but not limited to answering telephone, typing, compiling meeting materials, photocopying, filing, vouchers, and maintaining/ordering supplies)- Schedule meetings with key clients- Organize and maintain manager's calendar on a daily basis- Organize and handle registration, hotel, and general travel arrangements- Prepare and submit vouchers to Accounts Payable for processing and reconcile any errors/discrepancies.- Arrange, compile and assemble materials for staff meetings including preparation of minutes as necessary.- Prepare spreadsheets, memos, and/or PowerPoint presentations- Track and report information. - Maintain records and master the company's proprietary loan tracking system. - Screen routine calls- Maintain trade association memberships and subscriptions- Special projects as assigned- Sort and distribute department mail and faxes-College degree strongly preferred- 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.- Successful candidates will exhibit a proven ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy, take initiative and anticipatethe needs of the team and clients.- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability/Desire to learn additional software (e.g. Lotus Notes) as needed.- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.- Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills required.- Ability to professionally service peers and management as customers.- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.- Flexibility to assume other responsibilities in the future, as the team refines its roles and processes.
