Individual will be required to answer telephones, greet visitors and provide general office/administrative support. Skills/Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, with a high degree of speed and accuracy required Detail oriented with good organizational, time management and analytical skills Ability to function in high stress situations attributed to tight deadlines and multiple client needs or team needs Must be able to proofread and make appropriate spelling and grammar corrections to documents written in English Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record Tech-savvy Associates Degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Finance or Accounting is a plus but not required Minimum three years prior administrative services work experience in a professional services, financial or accounting environment
