Classification: Accounting Assistant Compensation: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year Our client near the DFW airport is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be supporting the CFO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following. Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and communications outlined by CFO. Compose responses to selected correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements as requested. Maintaining budgets and expense reports. Maintain CFO calendars to include; appointments, meetings, deadlines and events. Represent the executives and the company to internal and external parties with professionalism. Other projects as assigned CFO. Pay is flexible depending on level of experience and prior pay history. If stronger experience the pay is flexible up to $60K.
