Our client provides services to top corporations globally. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4 : 6 years' Executive Assistant experience, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and has proven organizational skills, including: heavy calendar and travel management. This is a great opportunity for an experienced strong Executive Assistant to take ownership of the position and support a dynamic office. Our client offers a yearly discretionary bonus and an extremely generous profit sharing after the 1st year. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team; managing tasks and coordinating research processes.- Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, including: presentations, proposals, organizational charts, spreadsheets, databases, etc.- Conduct internet research and maintain the database; logging all search information and activity.- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, bookings, and hotel reservations; ensuring reimbursement in a timely manner.- Manage multiple calendars; scheduling interviews, meetings, and itineraries.- Manage the financial aspects of the billing process, including: client invoicing and tracking receivables.- Provide a high level of customer service; maintaining excellent relationships with all internal and external contacts.- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, handling issues appropriately and relaying messages.- Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects. REQUIREMENTS - 4 : 6 years of Executive Assistant experience.- Bachelors Degree, required.- Prior experience in Recruiting or Professional Services, required.- Computer savvy with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and able to multi:task.- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Team player mentality with strong analytical and research skills.- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion.- Able to maintain a professional demeanor and polished appearance on a daily basis.
