Job code: xxxx_________________ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT : QUICKBOOKS Our client is one of a leading private equity firm and is in need of an Administrative Assistant to support the office in Downtown Dallas. DES is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a top private equity firm in Downtown Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 2 : 4 years of executive support experience, is proficient with QuickBooks, enjoys managing multiple projects and administrative tasks, and has proven organizational skills. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to take ownership of the position and join a dynamic office in the private equity industry. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide administrative and basic bookkeeping support.- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, bookings, and hotel reservations; preparing and tracking expense reports in a timely manner.- Manage the calendar; setting up meetings and coordinating schedules.- Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, including: presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, and databases.- Oversee basic accounting, primarily AP and AR with QuickBooks.- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, handling issues appropriately and relaying messages.- Route incoming mail and prepare all outgoing mail, email, and fax correspondence.- Provide basic administrative assistance, which may include: data entry, copying, filing, and recordkeeping.- Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree.- At least 2 : 4 years' Administrative / Executive support experience.- Prior experience with QuickBooks, preferred.- Proven success managing multiple social media sites.- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and assume responsibility.- Work well under pressure, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.- Must be self:confident, self:motivated, and possess a professional demeanor at all times.
