This administrative support role's responsibilities include: · Assist with recruiting efforts for Golf Course Maintenance · Assist with new-hire orientation and completion of payroll and personnel forms · Greet all arriving guests to the golf course maintenance facility · Answer telephones and communicate information to callers in a pleasant and professional manner · Record all information concerning the purchase order system as directed by policy · Record all inventory information requested by the Golf Course Superintendent · Type letters, memos and other documents as requested by the Golf Course Superintendent · Works closely with corporate HR to maintain departmental personnel and payroll files, time and attendance records · Ensure that the department is clean and orderly · Maintain files for all Golf Course Maintenance Department records · Invoice coding, reconcile purchase orders and maintain petty cash Qualified candidates will have the following: · Excellent phone skills · Excellent communication skills · Strong attention to detail · Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software · Positive attitude · Team player · Spanish preferred, but not required Our benefits include: · Competitive wages · Playing privileges · Employee discounts No phone calls or emails please.
