Pro Bassists/Guitarist looking for gigging Cover band in Dallas, Texas For Sale

I am a Bassist/Guitarist looking for a gigging Cover Band. I have experience performing live in DFW as well as nationwide (several years ago), recording, as well as studio work. I am looking for a gigging, or close to gigging cover band to hit the ground running with. I have a great work ethic and no addictions to get in the way of getting the job done. My most recent work was with the band Radiovox playing classic rock covers in bars and festivals all over DFW.
I have professional gear and ability and learn new music easily. I have many songs that I am already proficient at playing and can adapt to new musicians easily. I am not interested in rehearsing for six months to get 1 show. No problems putting in the time to get a decent set list together, but there needs to be real direction. I am also not interested (in most cases) in original music. I did that when I was young and hate setting up to play for 45 minutes then tear down. I want to be the band to perform all night a local bars. I am not as interested in making money as I am in playing live. No ego here, so have no qualms about playing for a bar tab or even for free. I have a career and am not doing this to make money.
