Originals and Covers Pop/Rock Outfit Seeks Good Keyboardist in Dallas, Texas For Sale

We are a pop/rock quartet with two guitarists. I am the leader/singer, and I have always wanted to work with a good keyboardist.

We are all in our 40s, responsible professionals, with non-musical careers. That said, we all take our music seriously. We all have good gear, good practice habits, professional attitudes.
We play out once every 30-60 days. We're not in it for the money, although we've played our share of paid gigs.
WHAT WE WANT
As the band leader, I believe in group rehearsals, and I'm happy to work with you on learning the songs, but I also want to work with someone who will put in a certain amount of preparation and not expect me to spoonfeed everything. We have charts of most of the tunes we play.
You would also of course have your own gear. I tend to think more in terms of piano and organ and string parts, but I'm open to whatever you have in mind.
