Drummer Looking for Original Musicians in Dallas, Texas For Sale

I am looking for serious musicians to play with. What I like to play is music that rocks and has feeling. Genre is open. I am an older musician and have single and movie credits. I have the time for a serious endeavor. What I mean by this is that, I have 5 days a week to rehearse until we are tight.
Currently I am playing with 2 original bands but, they are not serious. Most of the bands don't get it. They think that you can rehearse 1 day a week and be tight. I know what I am looking for will take awhile to find so, I will be placing this add again. I would like to start this project the first of the year.
