Hi, I have a Tascam DP 01 FX/CD unit.
This is the one with the built-in CD burner.

It's an awesome unit, with crystal clear sound.
I have simply gone from bouncing my tracks between this and my laptop, via USB, to just recording straight TO the laptop.
This system looks near-mint, and functions mint.
I do not have the box or manual for this. 3 years ago, upon purchase, I never figured that I'd sell it.
However, I can provide you with an online PDF of the instruction manual.
Besides the above posted page at Musician's Friend, I'll give you a few personal insights.
You can monitor a wide variety of "input effects"... there are some for electric guitar, acoustic, drums, and vocals (such as reverb).
It's possible to record these effects, OR you can monitor them, but record dry.
The reverb processor for mixdowns is pristine, studio quality. Airy and ethereal, it was always pleasing to my ears.
You can record to 2 tracks simultaneously.
Retail, this unit... with the CD burner... used to run about $450.
My price of $250 is set.
I will answer any questions you have about how to use this unit.
However, I will not even respond to inquiries as to if I'll lower my price.
I'm very leery of people knowing my home address while they also have the knowledge that I have quite a lot of recording gear.
So, I will happily meet you at a Starbuck's which is right behind my house.
