Methodist Dallas Medical Center is currently seeking qualified Transplant Coordinators in Dallas, TX. Methodist Dallas offers a highly competitive salary based on experience, as well as $4,000 in relocation assistance.
The RN Transplant Coordinator is a professional position with advanced skills, providing specialized nursing care with the primary emphasis on the treatment of individuals with end-stage liver disease and/or hepatobiliary tumor(s) who may or may not be designated to receive a solid organ transplant. The Transplant Coordinator will serve as a liaison between patients with hepatobiliary cancer and multi-disciplinary providers that are involved in the care of patients.
Requirements:
To be eligible for the Transplant Coordinator RN position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Registered Nurse in the state of TX (or able to obtain)
BSN required
At least 2 years of experience in transplant environment working with patients with end-stage organ disease, transplantation, or oncology, hepatology
CCTC (Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator)
