Private Massage office available part time in Dallas, Texas For Sale

I have an established massage office that I work out of part time as I have a regular full time massage gig. Looking to bring on a second therapist who is looking to rent an office part time without having to pay an extraordinary amount for rent. I am a male therapist so I prefer a female. This way we may also possibly be able to refer clients to each other but being male is not necessarily a deal breaker. Room is set up with an aluminum Featherlight massage table with table warmer, towel warmer, lighting including a salt lamp and flame-less candles. You would be responsible for your own sheets, towels and lotion. Must be licensed and insured.
Room is available Sunday evenings, All day Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday mornings. We can work out specifics upon finding a therapist who I feel is the right fit.
Rent will be $110 a month.
You will have your own keys, and the building has 24hr access. I rent space in an office building at Parker and Custer in Plano. New grads welcome to apply.
