The dedicated group of approximately 130 Navy Clinical Psychologists care for Active Duty and retired servicemembers and their families in a wide variety of settings. In this role:
Care for patients in military hospitals and clinics in the U.S. or overseas
Offer inpatient care, outpatient care and substance abuse programs
Work aboard aircraft carriers or assisting Special Warfare/Special Operations units (such as the Navy SEALs)
Serve on the faculty at the Naval Academy or with White House personnel
Supervise training at one of the Navy's American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited internship programs
