It's about 3 years old and has some minor dirt/stains on it. Recommend professional upholstery cleaning. No rips or tears. Comes from a smoke free home.
We live in a 3rd floor apartment. You'll need to bring your own truck and crew to move it. Fortunately it's 2 pieces and all the cushions / pillows come off.
